This one’s bound to arrest bidders’ attention… a former magistrates court in Cheshire appears in Bond Wolfe’s next auction with a guide price* of £500,000+.
And the jury’s bound to agree that the three-storey property at Halton Lea in Runcorn will be one of the most unusual in the live-streamed property auction on Thursday, 18 May.
Ron Darlington, consultant director at Bond Wolfe, explained that the vacant freehold property was considered potentially suitable for various uses, subject to planning permission.
