Bond Wolfe will be selling over £1 million worth of commercial ground rent lots on behalf of Birmingham City Council in its next livestreamed auction on Wednesday 21 July.
The ground rents on five freehold commercial units have guide prices* from £125,000 up to £250,000, and will be the first five lots of the day.
First to go under the hammer on the day will be 86 Lord Street in Birmingham, a two storey unit with a guide price of £125,000+.
A guide price of £225,000+ has been given to 160 Hockley Hill, and 70 Summer Lane, has a guide price of £250,000+.
For 110 Bissell Street, Birmingham, the guide price is £200,000+, with 10 & 10a Eyre Street, having a guide price of £225,000+.

The auction will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet only, and bidders must pre-register no later than 12 noon on Tuesday 20 July.
