Bond Wolfe auction sales top £100 million to date in 2024 – nearly 20% higher than last year

We are delighted to share that we have broken through the £100 million barrier for sales to date in 2024, with its current total nearly 20% higher than this stage last year.

Our sales tally has reached £101.6 million in 2024, 19.4% higher than the total sales made at £85.1m at this stage in 2023. We are also increasingly expanding our reach with auctions attracting properties for sale from Cornwall to Scotland and from London to Wales, as well as from across the Midlands.

Craig Upton, marketing director at Bond Wolfe, said: “Our impressive auction sales results to date in 2024 are a clear indication that the property market has turned a corner from near recession into positive growth. The strength of demand this summer is considerably higher year-on-year as reflected by our sales total that is approaching 20% higher than last year.”

The £100 million barrier was broken this week after four properties sold prior to Bond Wolfe’s next auction which starts at 8.30am on Wednesday 12 September, when scores more properties will be going under the hammer. The auction will be live-streamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or Internet.
