Bond Wolfe Auctions launches with record-breaking team

In a case of déjà vu, Bond Wolfe Auctions has launched in Birmingham with a team which includes many familiar faces to anyone in the Midlands property market over the past 15 years.

Bond Wolfe, one of the region’s leading property consultants, has launched a new property auctions business based in newly refurbished offices on Colmore Row, Birmingham, with further offices in West Bromwich and Wolverhampton.

The 15-strong team behind the new business is led by chief executive Gurpreet Bassi and managing director Ian Tudor who until recently were the heads of residential and commercial auctions respectively at the Bigwood auctions business.

They are joined by colleagues who have joined them including Sue Randell, marketing director, Ron Darlington, consultant director, Teresa Allen, accounts manager, Jonathan Hackett, consultant director, Perm Daley, auction manager, Aimee Rossiter, assistant auction manager, James Rossiter, auction valuer, Kylie Pearson, executive PA, and Damien Triplett, auction negotiator.

Chief executive Gurpreet Bassi said: “This is an experienced and award-winning team that has an enviable track record, made up of established auction property professionals with large existing client networks.”

Bond Wolfe Auctions will be selling a wide variety of residential, commercial, mixed use properties and land throughout the UK in its first auction at Villa Park on Wednesday 13 March.

Gurpreet and Ian previously formed the backbone of the Bigwood auctions business, and the majority of the new Bond Wolfe Auctions team were responsible for delivering the Midlands’ largest ever auction in May 2018, which saw 172 lots go under the hammer. The team behind the new venture raised a Midlands’ record of just under £95m in sales between January and October last year and has not had an auction catalogue below 100 lots, or a sales success rate below 80% for over 3 years.
