Bond Wolfe has successfully concluded the sale of more than £9 million worth of retail properties at Acocks Green Shopping Centre in Birmingham.

The latest transaction was the £670,000 sale of 1092-1096 Warwick Road, a prominent retail unit occupied by Poundstretcher Ltd. This 7,974 sq ft freehold property, spread over two floors, is let on a new 10-year lease, generating an annual passing rent of £60,000.

Final Sale in a £9 Million+ Investment Series
