Return To the Auction Room
After almost two and a half years of being solely online, we cannot wait to feel the buzz of the auction room when our hybrid auctions return to the Auction room on Thursday 21st July.
As the countdown to the big day continues, we wanted to make you aware of a small number of amendments that we have made to our processes since we were last in the auction room.
Firstly, we are delighted to be able to offer in-room, internet, telephone and proxy bidding, offering flexibility to bid on properties from anywhere in the world.
Secondly, in our aim to reduce waste and become more environmentally efficient, we will no longer be printing our auction catalogues or handing out addendums at the auction and there will be no hard copies of legal packs to inspect on the day. However, all of this information can be easily accessed via our website.
There will be free wi-fi in the room, meaning you can easily access our website at any time throughout the day. There will of course also be members of our team available on the day to assist you, should you have any further enquiries or require any assistance.
If you wish to bid for a property, you will still be required to register when you arrive, or, if you would prefer, you can download a registration form *here* and bring it with you on the day.

Finally, for hygiene reasons, we will not be providing sandwich platters at this auction. There will be the opportunity to purchase sandwiches, crisps, hot and cold drinks and other refreshments from the kiosk in the foyer.
