Bond Wolfe sells former Poundland store in Tunstall

We are pleased to share that we have sold the freehold of a former Poundland store site in Stoke-on-Trent for £270,000.

A private investor has bought the empty 7,240 sq ft store in Tunstall which is potentially suitable for a variety of uses, subject to planning permission.
