Bond Wolfe has successfully secured a new tenant for a prominent Edgbaston property, enabling Greencoat Nursery to open its third nursery in the city.

The nursery, which already operates sites in Sparkhill and Billesley, has signed a 10-year lease for the entire 2,650 sq ft two-storey building at 141-143 Sandon Road, Edgbaston. The lease is agreed at £31,800 per annum.

Positioned on the corner of Sandon Road and Willow Avenue, the property benefits from excellent visibility near Bearwood High Street and the bustling A456 Hagley Road.
