Family homes in Stoke from £19,000 up for auction

Family homes up for auction including a three-bedroomed house in Stoke-on-Trent with a competitive starting price below £20,000 will appear at Bond Wolfe Auctions’ next auction in Birmingham on Tuesday 10 September.

The semi-detached home at 19 Oakwood Road in Blurton, which stands behind a front garden and boasts gas central heating and double glazing, has a guide price* from £19,000 to £24,000.

The auction will be the largest seen in the Midlands this year, with 140 lots going under the hammer.

Another Stoke property going under the hammer is a three-bedroomed, end-terraced house at 73 Roundwell Street, with a guide price of £38,000 to £43,000.

This residence stands flush to the pavement with front and side access, a rear garden, gas central heating and double-glazing to the majority of windows.

Meanwhile, a shop with two self-contained flats above at 525 Etruria Road is in the auction with an attractive guide price of £87,000+.

This mixed-use property includes the shop premises on the ground floor flush to the pavement, a one-bedroomed studio apartment to the rear and a two-bedroomed flat on the first floor.
