The former Cradley Heath Service Station on the corner of Corngreaves Road and Newlyn Road will have a guide price* of £100,000+ at the livestreamed auction.
The freehold property includes a petrol station, car wash and a small brick-built retail unit on a 0.2 acre plot of land.
