A former water mill in the Midlands dating from Victorian times and recently used as commercial premises is one of the star lots in Bond Wolfe’s next auction.

The Grade II-listed water mill is situated on Radford Road in Alvechurch, North Worcestershire, and will have a guide price* of £455,000+ at the livestreamed auction on Thursday 30 March.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, explained that the property was thought to have been built back in 19th century to mill corn, and had remained an eye-catching property in the centre of Alvechurch ever since.

Mr Bassi said: “These impressive, Grade II-listed premises extend to approximately 5,108 sq ft of accommodation that have been used for a range of commercial uses.

The grade II-listed water mill in Alvechurch, which is being offered in partnership with Knight Frank, will be among scores of properties appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction which is due to start at 9am on Thursday 30 March.
