Traditional values, modern solutions

Do you have a property to sell or let?

Properties in Solihull to be sold at auction including a family home in leafy Solihull priced at just £75k by Bond Wolfe Auctions.

You can’t quite see the wood for the tree, but this semi-detached home in Solihull will excite bidders at Bond Wolfe Auctions’ next auction at Villa Park on Wednesday 3 July.

Because although the three-bedroomed property at 67 Castle Lane needs some serious garden pruning and modernisation inside, it has a guide price* of just £75,000+.

The house, which has a driveway, side garage and gardens, is just around the corner from Olton Jubilee Park and is close to the Olton Train Station, the Land Rover factory and Solihull town centre.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe Auctions, said: “Solihull properties are always very popular at our auctions, and this is a great opportunity to snap up a real bargain.

“A first-time buyer or an investor with a vision to renovate will quickly be able to get their heads around what needs doing at this property – starting with that tree in the front garden and then renovations throughout.”

The property is one of several from Solihull in what is Bond Wolfe Auctions’ third auction in a row to offer over 100 lots.

Over in Shirley, a semi-detached house that stands back from the road behind a paved drive at 31 Church Road comes with a guide price of £225,000+.

This property has been extended to four bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, while the other three bedrooms share a family bathroom.

Meanwhile, a dormer bungalow called ‘Linden’ on the Berkswell Road in the much sought-after Solihull village of Meriden, has an attractive guide price of £195,000+.

This two-bedroomed property needs improvement, but with a double garage and gardens it also has plenty of development potential, subject to planning permission, and is likely to be a popular lot.

Mr Bassi added: “These three Solihull residential properties show the range of lots we have at our auction and are a great example of the choice we will be offering across the region.”

Bond Wolfe Auctions only launched in January but has already been instructed on 350 properties this year.

Its first two auctions had an average success rate over 87% which has quickly established the business as the Midlands’ leading auctioneer in 2019.

There are 120 lots in the auction on Wednesday 3 July, and these can all be viewed here.

* Each property is subject to a reserve price which may be different from the guide price.
