In our auctions in 2023 we sold 963 lots from the 1,116 offered, representing a success rate of 86% and raising over £150 million in sales. Since we relaunched our auction division, this brings our total sales to over £668 million.

We hold 7 auctions a year and as well selling properties via our online auction platform. This approach gives you total flexibility as to how and when you would like to sell your property. We market all properties for at least 3 weeks, and with our in-house media team, we aim to generate as much interest as possible to achieve the best price with competitive bidding.
