Ian Tudor BSc (Hons) MRICS
Commercial Auction Director
Ian is a graduate of The University of East London, with an Honours degree in Land Administration, and he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993. With 17 years’ experience in the property auction sector, he specialises in all types of commercial property, both vacant and investment, mixed-use properties and development opportunities. Ian is committed to providing honest, professional advice and helping business, corporate, public sector and private clients to maximise their property assets.
Prior to focusing on auction work, Ian was a general practice surveyor, commencing his career in 1987 with Grimley & Son (GVA) and ran his own firm of chartered surveyors, which he merged with Bigwood Chartered Surveyors in 2002. He has a wealth of experience, not only in the auction property sector, and has a demonstrated track record of working in the real estate industry – skilled in lettings, sales, working with landlords, providing real estate appraisals, development advice and working with tenants.
Away from work, Ian is a keen sports fan, particularly rugby. He has chased the egg for London-based Ilford Wanderers RFC and Silhillians RUFC and is now a keen supporter and member of Wasps. Other sporting interests include football, cricket and, in more recent years, he has become a follower of his daughter’s hockey exploits.
When he is not on the touchline, he enjoys walking his dogs, warm weather holidays with his wife and daughter, good food, fine wines, beers and laughter with friends.
