Perm Daley

Perm started working in property in 1993 with a firm of architects, which got her interested in the property world. Her career then progressed to different parts of the property industry including planning, rating, valuations, lettings, management and auctions. Eventually, she found that her passion was in property auctions and has now worked within the industry for over 25 years. Perm loves the adrenaline that comes with working to deadlines, the excitement of achieving great results and working with all types of people.

In her spare time, Perm enjoys reading (especially James Herbert, Stephen King and James Patterson books) and cooking all sorts of cuisine.  However, what she loves more than anything else is spending time with her beautiful grandchildren.
